Analisis Performa Motor Wiper Dalam Menggerakan Tuas Pengangkat Forklift Handstacker

Handstacker umumnya dioperasikan dengan memompa tuas hidrolik secara manual, sehingga performa angkat dipengaruhi tempo dan kondisi operator. Penelitian ini mengusulkan otomasi penekanan tuas menggunakan motor wiper yang digabungkan dengan mekanisme slider- crank, dengan tujuan meningkatkan konsistensi waktu angkat dan menurunkan beban ergonomi. Prototipe direalisasi pada handstacker hidrolik komersial dan dievaluasi melalui pengukuran durasi pengangkatan untuk selisih ketinggian yang sama (Δh) pada tiga skenario beban (0, 50, 100 kg) dan dua level tegangan (12 V, 24 V). Hasil menunjukkan operasi 24 V mempersingkat waktu angkat sekitar 3,0–3,4 kali dibanding 12 V pada seluruh skenario. Dibanding metode manual, sistem bermotor wiper belum lebih cepat pada beban ringan ketika kondisi operator masih segar, tetapi unggul pada beban 100 kg dan cenderung menyamai atau melampaui manual pada 50 kg dalam konteks kerja seharian akibat penurunan frekuensi ayunan tuas pompa hidrolik. Integrasi slider-crank menyederhanakan antarmuka kendali dan memungkinkan operator dialihkan ke tugas yang lain. Rancangan menunjukkan potensi pemakaian motor wiper untuk meningkatkan ergonomi pengoperasian handstacker
